There is resident manager to accept rent on site at their office, or we offer online payments.

It’s easy! Simply click here or select ‘Resident Login' on the menu.

Online payments are the most efficient way to pay your rent, get receipts of your payment, track your account, and produce records of payment history. Contact your resident manager for more details and for help signing up.

+ Do you have parking?

Yes, there are reserved parking spaces for residents, generally one space per unit unless otherwise noted.

+ Are pets permitted?

We welcome your service animals! Cats and dogs as pets are welcome at Villa de la Paz, subject to certain restrictions.

Please contact the resident manager for details on breed restrictions and official pet policy.

+ What appliances are included in the apartment?

All of our newly available units come equipped with a stainless steel stove, microwave, and refrigerator, and dishwasher in some units. We also include ceiling fans in all living rooms and bedrooms.
